Nun who chants, play music

My ears have been trained to pick out tunes that dun harmonise well, squicky sounds or beats that do not have a rhythm. Well, not as sharp as before but still good enough to pick fault with a brass band whose musicians are not in sync.

Just looking at the kids and listening to the familar pieces played brought back memories of those days playing in a band... Miss fiddling with my tuba, the achievement of playing difficult pieces and of course my band-mates. I used to be very reliant on my team-mate.. Would panic whenever he couldnt come for practice or would be late cos I know I would NEVER be able to master and play the piece as well as he did.

Actually I was thankful to have him with me during these band-playing days. Time pass quickly with him around and every practice was filled with laughter. Best part, nobody knew what we were giggling about. The "euphonium-player" would look over, cocked his eyebrows & gave us the "what???"-face ... ha.ha.. why does he care anyway... *chay*

Those band-playing days are definitely one of the best periods of my life but I dun intend to pick up where I left off ...

.... Too lazy .. ..
