Eat Ur Way to a Better Health


Ok, some health tips from a monk (practises healing) from Hong Kong who came by Singapore to lead in chanting this week.

(1) Good choice of Chinese tea to drink - Pu'Er (only those harvested from YunNan, China) as it's less acidic compared to the rest.

(2) Include more sesame (black and/or white) into our diet - to help cleanse blood,

(3) Eat bananas and papayas regularly - to aid in digestion & bowel movement,

(4) Stop eating spinach - Spinach when digested, will deplete calcium from our bones.

I've heard about the last one some time ago from some aunties that came by my workplace.. so it's not a myth lar. .. And I used to think spinach really gave Popeye the muscles ! *chay*
